    Tips to make it

When it comes to making an Old Fashioned, there are several tips for ensuring a perfect cocktail.

The first step is to make sure that the glass is filled with ice cubes, as this can help prevent diluting the drink as the drink is being made. Once the ice is in, pour in the bourbon and Angostura bitters. Following that, add in a teaspoon of sugar to ensure the drink balances out correctly. Afterwards, squeeze the juice of half an orange slice over the mixture. Use a bar spoon or a regular spoon to stir the drink and mix all of the ingredients together. Lastly, garnish with the remaining orange slice and enjoy your Old Fashioned.

In order to make the perfect Old Fashioned, make sure to pay attention to the measurements, as having the right amount of sugar, bitters, juice and bourbon is key. With the right measurements, you’ll have a delicious, classic cocktail.

    Ingredients

    1. Bulleit Bourbon – With a rich, smooth flavor, it adds a subtle smokiness to the Old Fashioned.
    2. Angostura Bitters – Its rich herbal and spice flavors brings balance to the drink.
    3. Sugar – Sweetens the drink and highlights the complex flavors of the Bourbon.
    4. Orange Slice – Adds tart and fruity notes, bringing brightness to the cocktail.
    5. Ice Cubes – Helps chill the Old Fashioned and dilute the stronger flavors.
